Welcome to Volition: Build Your Own Sweater Adventure Knit-Along!
This will be part KAL, part video sweater class, part design class and all FUN! With sweater modifications, knitting how-to’s and hours of videos you will be able to make many sweaters from this one class.
As with all my KALs / sweater classes, the pattern will come with hours of video tutorials, knitting how-tos and gauge modifications, but this one goes sooooo much further.
At each part of the sweater I will unlock the math, show you how it was built and provide you with all the tools, drawings and tips so you can create your perfect sweater. Or, just pick out your stitch pattern and follow one of the 10 fully written out cardigan or pullover patterns for your dream sweater.
Again, the pattern AND full video sweater class is only $20 during the KAL, PLUS get another 10% off when you purchase before Sept 30. That’s a total of $10 savings!
After Dec 9 the KAL – sweater class versions (with all the how tos, video tutorials, and modification notes) will be $28. So get it during the KAL, knit it now or later and SAVE!

FAQs – Frequently Asked Questions
If you are new to KALs, find helpful FAQ on the general info page.
The heart of the KAL is our Ravelry group. There we will have updates, discussions, sharing of pictures, and knitting tips.
The pattern will come out in parts to help us all stay together and have fun!
You can join in ANYTIME! The KAL info will stay live on my group forever, and the video tutorial links will never expire! But the KAL class price goes up to $28 after Dec 9, so join now even if you aren’t going to work the sweater class until later.
Tahki Alden is the perfect yarn for this garment. It’s lighter then air (and a HUGE amount of yardage!) made of a blend of the Merino and Superfine Alpaca and a bit of Acrylic for longer wear. There is sooooo much yardage per ball, this is very affordable sweater!
Use the above link for ordering! Get a 20% – 25% discount for purchases over $60. Be sure to add a couple of balls to your order so you have enough for swatching, or pattern modifications. It’s such a good deal, you might just want to get enough for a cardigan AND a pullover.
I will be teaching options to change the body length, neck depth and sleeve length. I will even be unlocking the short row hem math so I can teach you how to alter it.
