I wanted to create a special weekend where every knitter feels welcome. Whether you’ve been knitting for 2 months or 20 years, whether you’re traveling alone or with a group of friends, whether you like to be in class all day or have a ton of free time . . . this is the retreat for you.

Please join me for three days of knitting, laughing, learning, and spending time with like-minded people in one of the most beautiful places on earth — Truly HEAVEN!

I hope to see you there!

Customize it all! You will be able to pick from two class packages, build your own schedule choosing the times and class style that fit your needs — first come first served, so register as soon as it opens to get your first choices. Choose a little or a lot, it’s up to you. Everyone will be together in the evenings for knitting, games, fashion shows, and fun.

You Choose It All — How Registration Works

1) Choose Class Package

Some knitters want three days of education, some knitters want to take a class or two and have plenty of hang-out time. That’s why we offer two different class packages.

  • Full Hank
3 classes, one from each guest teacher
  • Mini Skein
1 class from one guest teacher

Both packages will have the chance to take a Tips & Tricks class with Patty (come with your questions!), and access to all evening events, a workshop from Kate Atherley, a talk from Bristol Ivy, and the kickoff session for Patty’s fall video sweater class (included free with the retreat!)

2) Choose Class Style and Time

Everyone learns at their own pace, so we are offering three different class styles. In addition, you can choose when you take classes because each teacher will present their class four times.

In the detailed schedule CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD BROCHURE you will see that each instructor teaches one “Relaxed,” one “Mixed,” and two “Loaded” sessions.

  • Relaxed:
This class will spend a bit more time on fundamentals as we take our time to explore the class content. Perfect for both the newer knitter or the knitter who wants a more relaxed class pace.
  • Mixed:
A little something for everyone! This class will be for mixed levels. It will dig a bit deeper than the relaxed group. Perfect for knitters of different skill levels who are traveling together, or for the newer knitter who doesn’t mind jumping right in.
  • Loaded:
This class will be chock full of goodies. We’ll be taking a deep dive into the class topic, and we may even get into extra credit tricks. Perfect for the knitter who wants to gobble up all the ideas or the newer knitter who doesn’t mind observing new things!

Schedule at a Glance

This sounds fantastic! However, I would need to have an idea of how much the lodging options cost BEFORE registering. It would be really helpful if you would provide some information to this end. It will be an expensive trip coming from from the West Coast. Thanks!

Would there be vegan options for the food provided as my friend and I are both vegan eaters? Thank you!

It’s awesome to see that you are accommodating gluten free knitters. My question though is about how the gluten free food is prepared. Is there a separate area for that preparation? I am celiac and cross contamination is an issue sometimes. Thanks!

How does one get to Sebasco Bay assuming you have to fly to Maine? I thought the resort would have info but I don’t see anything on their page.

    Thanks!

New question! I had chosen vegetarian for all meals but that’s not strictly true. I just don’t eat lobster. I logged in to update my preferences but no could do. Is there some way to remove ‘vegetarian’ from my overall preferences but leave it for the lobster bake. I just can’t do the lobster thing. Thanks!
