Rhinebeck Meet up!!
I can’t believe it’s almost time for Rhinebeck (the New York Sheep & Wool Festival in Rhinebeck, New York)! It seems like years since we were together, oh, yeah, it was!
We haven’t seen each other in a while, so let’s have a meet-up – where knitters of all of my KALs (knit-alongs), fans of this blog, and all members of this community can get together in real-life to hang out, say hi, take some pics, and swap stories!
And I’m hoping to see some finished Saugerties Cardigans!!

6. Historic Schoolhouse and Historic Train Station (Closed)
12. Maple Sugar Shack, Cider Donuts
WHEN: Saturday October 16 2:00pm
WHAT: A totally casual meet up.
WHERE: I’ll be hanging out on the lawn right between the Antique Museum Village and the Donut stand (Maple Sugar Shack). Come by and say hello. If you can (and it would be AWESOME), put on one of your Patty Lyons patterns, and we’ll take a group photo.
WHY: Because it would be nice to meet folks in real-life!
If you are wondering what the heck is Rhinebeck, it’s an incredible fiber and animal husbandry festival, with sheep, alpaca, herding dog demonstrations, and SO MUCH YARN. If you’re wondering whether should you come, the answer is YES!!!!!!!!!!!!
Don’t leave me hanging . . . you all said you would come, so, leave me a comment and let me know who’s coming!
How’s your Saugerties Cardigan coming along?
Hope to meet you at Rhinebeck
