AffiKNITy Copenhagen highlights the charm of the Danish capital – a springtime wonderland of culture, vibrancy, and of course, yarn and knitting!
Because this is a very small group (25), we will be sending out registration invites in small batches.

Day 1 – WELCOME TO COPENHAGEN!
Enjoy a Classic Canal & Harbour cruise through the charming waterways of historic Nyhavn.

Day 2 – DOUBLE KNITTING AND MARLISLE CLASS AND YARN SHOPPING
Wool Collective yarn store in Værløse and enjoy Double Knitting and Marlisle knitting class with Karen S Lauger from Lykkefanten
Continue to Farum for more yarn shopping in Yarnicorn store.
Return to your hotel for some free time to freshen up before joining the ‘’Knitting Cocktail Hour with Patty’’

Day 3 – ZIGGURAT METHOD KNITTING CLASS AND CARLSBERG EXPERIENCE
Ziggurat Method knitting class hosted by the inspiring designer Åsa Söderman of Asa Tricosa Design.
After lunch, visit the Home of Carlsberg. In this premium tasting in the old, mythical cellars.

Day 4 – ZIGGURAT METHOD KNITTING CLASS AND ROSENBORG CASTLE
Part 2 of Ziggurat Method knitting technique.

Day 6 – DAY TRIP TO MALMÖ

Join the Traditional Sami Mitten knitting class and Sami cultural heritage talk hosted by Carly Smith of Planet Wool
Sightseeing, lunch (not included) and shopping in Lilla Torg square.

Day 7 – YARN, YARN, YARN AND FAREWELL DINNER
Copenhagen, known for its design and craft culture, has numerous shops and boutiques catering to knitting enthusiast!

– Knitting for Olive is a family-run business situated in the Østerbro district,.
– Sommerfuglen, is one of Copenhagen’s most famous yarn stores!
The afternoon is free to browse and wander additional yarn stores, take in a museum.

Terms and conditions for AffiKNITy Tours
Cancellation
A deposit of 20% of the total tour price is required to hold your booking. The balance of the tour is due 60 days
before arrival and can be made in instalment payments on request.
Cancellation Penalties:
• Cancellation 61 days or more prior to itinerary start date – Full deposit is forfeit.
• Cancellation 60 days to 31 days prior to itinerary start date – 50% of total paid is forfeit
• Cancellation 30 days or less prior to itinerary start date – 100% of total paid is forfeit

- Once registration opens, if you have trouble receiving the email or do not receive it, please email me at info@pattylyons.com and I’ll send out the link.
- Early bird links are ONLY for newsletter subscribers. You can request a link for a traveling companion, but please do not share link.
- Booking links will start being sent out to the first applicants starting Sept 1 (I will send out 10 links at a time.) You will have 48 hours to complete the booking and pay the deposit before we go to the next person on the list.
