Have you got your gifts ready for the holiday season? As a knitter, I enjoy sending my love by knitting gifts for my loved ones. It’s cozy and meaningful, and I also feel like I’m knitting my appreciation and good wishes with every stitch. I know that this time of year, a lot of knitters end up in the following situation: you think you’ve given yourself enough time to prepare, but when it comes down to it — you realize you’re running out of time! I know the feeling. To help you along, I’ve put together some quick knit projects that you’ve still got enough time to make.
A few days ago I wrote about all my amazing students in 2016. As I was going through all my pictures I also came across a lot of happy memories of the fun I’ve had with my fellow yarny friends.
I spend about 1/3 of my year on the road. I have a wonderful husband and great friends at home. I wouldn’t be able to do what I do without them. But I also have a huge support group of friends on the road.
2017 is nearly fully booked! The first three months alone have me traveling to 10 venues in 3 months (yikes) and don’t event get me started on April. If you’ve never taken a class with me, I hope this is the year. I’m crisscrossing the country, so I’m bound to be someplace near you! Leave me a comment if I’ll be seeing you.
Don’t forget, if you know a shop or guild that would like me to come visit. Let them know they can make teaching requests here. See my full schedule here.
If you are in the New York area, you can book a private lesson with me live here, or book a online streaming lesson with me here.
